home also known as in-person tutoring, where a tutor meet with a student one – on – one in person for tuition. With in-home tuition, lessons are carried out in the comfort of your home and students can have one to one direct conversation with the tutor without any fear or hesitation.TEMS EDUCARE provies online tuitions in all over india and home tuition service in total 200 cities of West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Uttarakhand , Jharkhand, Sikkim, punjab , haryana, madhya pradesh , gujarat, Rajasthan. you can join as a teacher with tems educare and teach online or offline. for home tuition students will be provided from your area .
WHY MEMBERSHIP CHARGE
Many of the local tutorials charges 50% of your first month's tuition fee but we charge a very little amount for every tuition . We spend 90% of your membership charges in advertising purpose so that you get new tuitions. We assure you to provide tremendous value for every rupee you pay us. we don't take any charges neither from the student nor from your tuition fees. We determine to provide you the best service.
how home tuition work: from your membership charge we spend 75% in advertisement purpose to get students from your city. then we provide them teachers. Our main goal is to help the students by providing best teachers for them.
terms and conditions
For Students/Parents
1. TEMS EDUCARE never take any fees or charges from the parents or students for their service.
2. parents/students availing 'tems educare's services should mandatorily ask for a copy of the ID & Address proof from the personal tutor chosen by them.
3.TEMS EDUCARE is not responsible for any unforeseen, intentional or unintentional accidental damage caused by the tutor(s) to any living or non-living entity in the house of the parent / student.
4.'TEMS EDUCARE' does not guarantee tutor or tuition quality, as it's a very subjective matter .If you dislike the services offered by the current tutor, kindly care to inform 'TEMS EDUCARE' at the earliest. We can find a replacement for you as soon as possible.
5. all the terms and conditions are applicable for both online or home tuitions.
6.We do not take the responsibility of any lump sum advance / contract payment made to the tutors without our prior knowledge and permission.
7.The minimum hourly / weekly / fortnightly / monthly rate for a tutor's services will vary as per region / state / city / location and he tutor's qualification / experience, reputation etc. The registered parent/student should directly handle the fee negotiations with the tutor, but they are always welcome to take 'TEMS EDUCARE's suggestions / inputs before finalizing the fees.
8. TEMS EDUCARE mainly provide home tuitions and online tuitions but if any teacher want to teach from their home and want the students to come to their place, They also can register with us. we will provide them students contacts number of your area.
10. Student can pay fees monthly or per class basis.
11. if parents will pay the fees in advance then its students/parents responsibility. before pay in advance its better to consult with tems educare

for teachers
1. The registered parents have the right to ask for your id & address proof along with photograph(s) if their building / society entry norms require it. They also have the right to ask for it from a tutor to double check with 'TEMS EDUCARE.
2. the membership point can be use for online and home tuition both.
3. for every tuition 1 point will deduct.
4. TEMS EDUCARE never take the guarantee of tuition confirmation but we will try to give you minimum 1 ,2 3 and 4 confirm tuition according to the BRONZE, SILVER ,GOLD and DIAMOND MEMBERSHIP.
5. for every point the tutor will get 1 tuition according to their area, subject , classes and online or home tuition. teachers have the right to choose the tuition.
6. membership charges are non refundable .
7. if tems educare can't give any contacts of tuition in 6 months then teacher can ask for the membership charge
8. 9.If the registered tutor wants to discontinue an assignment / professional association with one of our registered student / parent then he/she needs to give an adequate notice of minimum 15 days to the parents OR Tems educare.
10. teacher can ask for advance payment from the students/parents, discuss it with parents. You can say to deposit the advance fees to us(tems educare). we will give you it to you without any deduction.
