1. The registered parents have the right to ask for your id & address proof along with photograph(s) if their building / society entry norms require it. They also have the right to ask for it from a tutor to double check with 'TEMS EDUCARE.

2. the membership point can be use for online and home tuition both.

3. for every point the tutor will get 1 tuition according to their  area, subject , classes and online or home tuition. teachers have the right to choose the tuition.

4. membership charges are non  refundable .

5. if Tems Educare can't give any contacts of tuition in 6 months then teacher can ask for the membership charge

 

6. The minimum hourly / weekly / fortnightly / monthly rate for a tutor's services will vary as per region / state / city / location/online /home tuition  and the tutor's qualification / experience, reputation etc. The registered tutor should directly handle the fee negotiations with the parents. They are also welcome to take 'TEMS EDUCARE's suggestions / inputs before finalizing the fees.

7.If the registered tutor wants to discontinue an assignment / professional association with one of our registered student / parent then he/she needs to give an adequate notice of minimum 15 days to the parents OR  Tems educare.
